Our rent includes heat and hot water so you need to contact BC Hydro for electricity (www.bchydro.com) and Shaw or Telus for internet, cable and telephone (www.shaw.ca or www.telus.com) . You can do this from wherever you are in the world in the digital age (which is so cool!) and you have a home ready for you here before you even get here.
